Overwatch PoTG 2.0

Highlight intros are short cinematic animations of each hero that play before Play of the Game clips. Overwatch director Jeff Kaplan recently confirmed that Blizzard is working on a better highlights system — one that will let players save them permanently — but until then, there are plenty of tools you can use to record them manually. Until now, Overwatch would automatically save a handful of highlights—awesome moments and plays of the game from your last five matches—but those clips would be lost if you logged out of the game.

When you use the highlights feature on PC, it'll give you the option to record the video in many different ways. The Play of the Game will be captured multiple time throughout the match and compared against each other. Double heroes POTG and highlights with them interacting would be something really cool.

Any players who want to play games with multiple versions of the same hero allowed will have to play the title's upcoming Arcade mode which will be coming to the Public Test Realm alongside Sombra, sometime next week. You should also check how much time your PS4 will record when you hit "save video clip." I have mine set to record the last five minutes, but you can program it from just a few seconds all the way up to an hour.

Since Ana and Lucio don't possess an AoE attack, team-wide mega-revive or a big burst like Mercy, these characters had the lowest POTGs. To the best of our knowledge, while a patent application has been submitted for Overwatch's POTG system, it has not, as above, been granted.

March 1, 2016 (beta) Patch: Fixed a crash that could occur when getting a Play of the Game on a Control point. After every match in Overwatch, Blizzard Overwatch Play Of The Game Montage awards somebody with the 'Play of the Game', highlighting the biggest, flashiest and most important moments that took place during the match.

Kaplan also revealed that the Overwatch” team, also known as Team 4, consists of 100 developers at this point who are constantly trying to better the game with new updates and strategies. In essence, the patent does not restrict post-game replays as a feature.

The larger the multikill, the quicker kill streak, and the closer one is to an objective will all increase a player's "High Score" score. Each of these variables will increase a player's "Sharpshooter" score. An example of this would be if a player kills an enemy Lúcio in the middle of casting Sound Barrier for his team.

The Play of the Game 2.0 clip could show the healer performing an important Resurrect ultimate before changing to other characters as they bring in the eliminations. On May 27th, Twitter user @SeclusiveBlue 5 posted a parody for the hero character Winston featuring a clip of Donkey Kong in the game Super Smash Bros.

You can either record the last 30 seconds of gameplay to capture an amazing moment immediately after it happens, or you can start and stop a recording manually, which is useful if you're recording from the in-game "highlights" menu. More importantly, there's now a "recently captured" section of the Highlights theater that will collect clips you've manually recorded.

I have so many funny highlights that I want to send to others (there are some actual plays, I promise 😅) but I can, at least not that easily. Overwatch fans will be able to try the game's full roster of 22 playable characters, as well as all the maps. As per iTech Post , there are two teams in Overwatch” Quick Play mode, the ones that are lost against turrets and the ones steamrolling them with precision.
